Safe box

• In the master room. We recommend you keep your value asset in the safe box during your stay.
• The safe box requires a password with4 number.
• Please put your asset to the safe box, close, press 4 any number you would like to be password, then press “Lock” to lock the safe box.
• To open the safe box, please press 4number which you set up, and press “Lock” to open the safe box.
• Safe deposit boxes are available for your valuables. The resort are assumes no responsibility for the loss of cash, jewelery or other valuables unless placed in the safe deposit box at the Front Desk. The resort is not responsible for valuables left in your room/townhouse or vehicle.

Laundry

Washing machine is set up in each house. In case you would like to have laundry service with fee, please contact Receptionist.

Bathroom Utilities

We hope you cooperate with hotel and Banyan Tree Group to protect environment during your stay, includes:

• All Utilities in bathroom (brush, comb, cotton swab,…) will be provided as your request, not replaced every day.
• The towel will be changed if you put it on the floor or in the bathtub. The towel on shelf will be used continuously
• Hair drier is in cabinet under the hand sink. For your safe, please press continuously on power button to use.
• The power socket with shaver symbol is for shaver machine only.

No Cigarette Policy

All townhouses are non-smoking villas. You can smoke outside of the townhouse or at the balcony. If there is smoke found in the room/suite, a fee VND 2,300,000 will be added to your account to facilitate a deep cleaning of your room.

Townhouse’s key

Each townhouse is given to a wooden key. In case, the guest lost or damage the key, the guest will be charged the fee as required: 500,000 VND/key.

• Any kind of illegal drugs are banned in the townhouses or anywhere within Laguna Lang Co Resort. Any events resulting from use of drugs shall be at guests’ own account and the Resort has the right to intermediately dismiss the guests.
• Other utilities: According to the self-sufficient model, the apartment’s general hygiene is required after check out. In case the room has too much garbage and stains on linens and sofas, the cleaning fee is: 600,000 VND/2BR or 800,000 VND/3BR and kitchen cleaning is: 350,000 VND/2BR or 450,000 VND/3BR.
• Complimentary Activities: Kindly make a reservation in advance with receptionist

– Kayak: 9:00 -11:00 & 13:00 – 16:00 (20 mins/time)
– SUP: 8:00 – 11:00,14:00 – 16:00 (20 mins/time)
– Bocce ball: 8:30- 17:00
– Croquet:  8:30 – 17:00
– Putting Gongs: 8:30 – 17:00 (Please wear sneakers/ flat sandals) 
– Laguna Jogging: 8:30 – 17:00
