With six years of service at Laguna Lăng Cô, Mr. Darwin Nunez has made significant contributions to the maintenance and development of the golf course. He shared his impressions of working at Laguna Lăng Cô:
“I have a passion for developing and maintaining the golf course grass. I started this work right after graduating in the Philippines, then moved to Qatar and Dubai, now I’m here at Laguna Lăng Cô. I particularly love the nature and the people here, everyone has been amicable and supportive since I arrived. The weather in Central Vietnam is quite challenging for our maintenance team, but I find it exciting to work with such natural conditions. I hope our efforts can contribute to the future development of the resort.”

Having worked in various countries with various climatic and environmental conditions, Mr. Darwin has demonstrated perseverance and adaptability. Mr. Quang Đoàn – Sustainability Officer
As a student passionate about Biology, Mr. Quang Đoàn found his calling in sustainable development. He has shown a strong commitment to environmental protection with over five years at Laguna Lăng Cô.

“There are three main factors that make me love this place: nature, the culture of Banyan Group and the opportunity to contribute to my hometown through community campaigns and programs. I find that very meaningful for myself.”
